Twice voted best restaurant in the world at the ‘World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards’ (2010 and 2011), the head chef of Noma in Copenhagen, Denmark René Redzepi will be opening a pop-up version of his Copenhagen restaurant in London at the Claridge Hotel to mark the Olympic Games. The event called “A Taste Of Noma at Claridge’s“, will run for ten days this summer, and chef Redzepi will be creating a five course menu at Claridge’s which will reflect his signature flavors and dishes from Noma, using local, seasonal British ingredients.

The pop-up – a first for Redzepi – will give Noma fans a better chance at snagging a seat at what’s become one of the most coveted and exclusive dinner reservations in the world. It’s important to understand that at one point in 2011, more than 22,000 people registered on the restaurant’s online system for a chance to score one of the very exclusive 264 tables.

“A Taste of Noma at Claridge’s” will be available for both lunch and dinner in Claridge’s Ballroom from July 28th to August 6th 2012, where René Redzepi will be in attendance every day, together with his team of chefs from Noma. Pricing for the five-course menu is priced at £195 per person (around $315).

Tickets will go on general sale from Wednesday May 9th, 2012. Contact your luxury concierge Pure Conciergerie to inquire about how to purchase tickets for the unprecedented event “A Taste Of Noma at Claridge’s“.
