This excellent Champagne combines hints of rose petal, brioche and strawberry on the nose whilst the palate is silky, smooth, refined and delightfully harmonious. Up to 15% red wine from Bouzy is added to the blend giving extra body and fruit and producing the attractive salmon pink color if this champagne. The assemblage includes around 15/% Reserve wines and spends two to three years on the lees before disgorgement.
