S.T. Dupont, the maker of luxury pens and lighters, celebrated its return to the leather goods with a new women’s line featuring handbags, travel cases, and small leather goods. The new line is a tribute to famed British actress Audrey Hepburn (we remember her from iconic movies such as Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Funny Face, Love in the Afternoon) who carried a Dupont Riviera bag back in 1953.

Indeed, in 1953, designer André Dupont created his first ladies’ handbag, the “Riviera” as a limited edition, using, amongst others, exotic leathers to complete his range of special orders. British actress Audrey Hepburn was one of his first clients. In 2011, the Paris-based luxury brand returns with the Audrey Riviera bag available in three models. And as a bonus, you can even customize yours.
