For 2012, Campari gets us Ukrainian-American actress Milla Jovovich to star in the brand’s calendar. Each year, the Italian brand choose a globally recognized ambassador to represent the drink; glamorous predecessors over the years have included Salma Hayek, Jessica Alba, Eva Mendez, Olga Kurylenko, Benicio Del Toro and more.

Taking the theme of “It’s the end of the world baby!”, the calendar drew inspiration from the Mayan prediction that says the world will end on 21 December 2012. Indeed, the Italian drink company’s calendar features a series of 12 photos where the gorgeous actress is portrayed in different end-of-the-world scenarios that carry French photographer Dimitri’s Daniloff signature futuristic edge.

“To me the end of the world doesn’t mean the end of life; instead it signals the beginning of life. Through the energy that Milla gives in the Campari Calendar these portraits show us how to enjoy every single moment and not be afraid of what’s going to happen,” Daniloff says.
