If you’re a diehard believer in matching accessories to your luxury car, then Bentley has just the thing. A year ago the famed British marque unveiled its Mulsanne Range of limited edition sunglasses in collaboration with Austrian eyewear brand Estede.

A classic aviator design in two styles with Bentley detailing, they come in either rose gold, white gold or platinum, with the latter topping the scales wallet-wise. Since then, demand for the sybaritic shades - only 100 examples of each aviator style are being made to order - has apparently increased in keeping with the price of precious metal.

In short, the platinum version that originally cost $15,000 now clock in at a cool $45K. In comparison, the Bentley Mulsanne itself will run you at least another $190,000…
