The Miami Spice event is finally here again! For two full months, an impressive lineup of over 130 Miami restaurants are offering delicious specially-priced three-course fixed price menus (lunch is $22, dinner is $35) for you to enjoy signature dishes created by world-renowned chefs, at a great price.

The 10th annual Miami Spice event officially starts today, August 1st, 2011, after a successful kickoff event and fundraiser on July 28th, 2011 at the Gansevoort hotel, featuring tastings from a selection of participating Miami Spice restaurants and demonstrations by celebrity chefs. If you are in Miami or are planning a vacation to Miami in August and September, we recommend making a reservation at one (or many) of the great restaurants participating in the Miami Spice event. There are so many great participating restaurants found in many different areas of the city; from Scarpetta at the Fontainebleu, to Chef Gerry Quinn’s of Quinn’s South Beach, to the Asian-Latin infusion Asia de Cuba, there’s a restaurant for every palette.
