Welcome to a three-day celebration of international polo and family entertainment. One June 3-5, 2011 MINT Polo in the Park will return to the grounds of London’s famed Hurlingham Club on the banks of the river Thames for the third consecutive year. Since it’s debut in 2009, Polo in the Park has rapidly established itself as one of the leading central London sporting events selling out to both the corporate market and general public in 2010.
Featuring world-class players at the top of their game, the Polo in the Park London matches include teams from cities from across the world. Six teams each representing global cities (London, New York, Moscow, Buenos Aires, Geneva and Sydney) will play in a new ‘Round Robin’ format over 3 days, culminating with the Final and the presentation of the MINT Trophy on Sunday 5th June, 2011. Model and polo player Jodie Kidd helped found the event, which also includes high end sponsors such as a Veuve Clicquot, Audi, Camino Real, Harrods, and more all with direct views of the polo field.
