The sturgeons live 2-3 sexual cycles before their premium roe is hand-picked, when they are at their most mature state with respect to size, flavour, colour and texture. ZwyerCaviar is raised without any chemical additives or hormones, but with an abundance of fresh, unspoiled water, organic feed, and produced using only the finest ingredients - Fleur de Sel, a rare Portuguese sea salt which gives it a slightly salty taste, and pure glacial water from the Patagonian Andes. The end result is not only an organic alternative to caviar caught in the wild, it is also caviar so perfect, it is only considered equal to the best caviar from the Caspian Sea. In addition, ZwyerCaviar promises a detailed traceability from the shelf to the origin of the sturgeons.
