Luxury Italian carmaker Lamborghini planned to reveal pictures of the brand new 2010 Lamborghini Reventón Roadster at the 63rd International motor show in Frankfurt starting next week September 15th 2009; however, we’ve been given more details ahead of Frankfurt.

The new Lamborghini Reventón has been entirely designed in Sant’Agata Bolognese, the original birthplace of the Lamborghini and the native home of every super car born under the sign of the bull. Sporting the same stealth fighter-inspired angular bodywork as the standard Reventón that was unveiled two years ago at the same auto show, the new topless Lamborghini will reportedly make use of its all-wheel drive system to help the run to 60 MPH in just 3.4 seconds. From info we gathered, it looks like the Reventón will be powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine with 650 HP (478 kW) and 660 Nm (487 lb-ft) of torque with a top speed to be well over 210 MPH (340km/h) as you’d expect from an Italian supercar maker.

Designed to be a stealth fighter for the road, the Reventón boasts jet-inspired carbon fiber body panels and aggressive 18-inch wheels. Inside, the roadster is decked out in alcantara upholstery and carbon fiber trim.

The 2010 Lamborghini Reventón Roadster will be limited to only 20 units and should be nicknamed as the most expensive Lamborghini ever built. The car will likely be priced at 1.2 million Euros ($1,750,000 USD). Enjoy the pictures…
