The beautiful German-born supermodel Toni Garn graces the new Zara Autumn/Winter 2009/2010 ad campaign shot by photographer David Sims. As you can see, Zara is slowly changing its inspirations with Balmain-style oversized and strong shoulders, above the knee boots, also known as mid-thigh boots and military-style coat.
I’ve always been a fan of Zara’s jackets/coats but now I have more reasons to love it all…I love the trendy black dress with puffy shoulders, the leather jacket (of course you should own at least one in your closet), the tight jeans, the Balmain-style jacket (one of my favourite), and of course the shoes (the black Zara pumps).
In case you wonder, the new pant in picture 6 is the trend followed by many fashion designers now: It’s a must have in your closet and it’s called the “peg-leg pants”. I know few ladies who are expecting the new collection in Montreal…Visit your Zara store.
